To access the ScorePlay App you must first download it from your mobile device's App Store. You can find the links for App Store and Google Play Store here.

• When you open your app for the first time it will display the following onboarding options:

  • Continue with invite link: use an onboarding link to launch your app.

  • Continue with QR code: use the app’s native QR code scanner to launch your app.

  • Continue with email: available only to internal web application users, use your email to generate a magic link that will launch your ScorePlay app. Mostly used for sign in when you are on the go or without a second screen in front of you.

• You land on this page when you first sign in to your app.

• This page is an infinity scroll of all of your media content in ScorePlay.

• Click on any asset to view it specifically.

  • While in the asset view, you can swipe left or right to move to a new asset.

  • Use the arrow “<” to go back to the Media view.

• While viewing an asset you have the ability to perform the following actions:

  • Download: download the asset on your device’s photo app or camera roll.

  • Share arrow: send the asset to another application on your phone.

  • Ellipsis (. . .)

    • Comment: apply a comment on this asset to engage with other internal users in your organisation.

    • Edit tags: manually edit the tags on this asset including player, sponsor, or custom tags.

    • Delete: permanently delete the asset from your platform.

• Selection button: Use the ‘selection’ button located at the top right to select multiple assets.

  • Alternatively, you can long-hold any asset to create a new selection.

  • Cancel button (only available when a selection has been made): use this to cancel the selection you have made.

• Logo Icon (top left corner): click this to jump to the settings page.

• Notification Bell (🔔): click this to view the list of notifications or download operations connected to your user account.

• Plus (➕) button: the plus button opens up a menu with the two options.

  • Collection Upload: use this button to launch the collection upload flow:

1. Collection Selection: select the collection you would like to upload to by either scrolling through the provided list, searching by name, or filtering by date.

2. After selecting an collection, the uploader will launch. To upload, you can either capture media directly in the ScorePlay app using the camera (photo or video). Alternatively, you can click the image button located in the bottom left of your screen to select an asset from your phone’s native camera roll or photo application.

3. After selecting media to upload, the uploader will launch its process. Please do not exit the app or close your device while an upload is in progress.

• The “X” button cancels the plus (➕) button menu

• The collection tab is a list of all of the collections on your ScorePlay platform that contain media in them .

• Use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for a name of a specific collection.

• Click on an collection to see the media assets inside the collection.

  • While inside an collection you can perform the following actions:

    • Asset selection using the selection tool .

    • Asset viewing with the same tools as on the Media Tab.

    • Search: search for specific tags, athletes, sponsors, or labels.

      • Use the filter bubbles at the top of the screen to see the available tags within each filter category (some example categories are tags, athletes, sponsors, etc.).

      • As you type in your search, you will be prompted with the tags available listed on the page.

      • When you select a tag or combine multiple tags, it will filter the media view inside the collection.

  • Plus (➕) button in a specific collection:

    • Collection Upload: use this button to launch the collection upload flow:

1. Uploading inside of an collection will automatically pre-select that collection for you and launch the uploader.

2. To upload, you can either capture media directly in the ScorePlay app using the camera (photo or video). Alternatively, you can click the image button located in the bottom left of your screen to select an asset from your phone’s native camera roll or photo application.

3. After selecting media to upload, the uploader will launch its process. Please do not exit the app or close your device while an upload is in progress

• Get collection link button: this button copies a shareable link for this collection. The shareable link will copy to your clipboard on your mobile device. You can email or text this link to a recipient.

• “X” button cancels the plus button menu

• Plus (➕) button on the Collection Tab: the plus button opens up a menu with the two options

  • Create new: use this button to create a collection on the platform:

1. Name of collection field: designate what you would like this collection to be called.

2. Date: designate the date in which this collection occurred.

3. Add tags: add a tag or tags in bulk to this collection so that it is automatically applied to all media uploaded to the collection.

• Collection Upload: use this button to launch the collection upload flow:

1. Collection Selection: select the collection you would like to upload to by either scrolling through the provided list, searching by name, or filtering by date.

2. After selecting an collection, the uploader will launch. To upload, you can either capture media directly in the ScorePlay App using the camera (photo or video). Alternatively, you can click the image button located in the bottom left of your screen to select an asset from your phone’s native camera roll or photo application.

• Search: search for specific tags, collections athletes, sponsors, or labels across your entire media library.

  • Use the filter bubbles at the top of the screen to see a list of the available tags within each filter category (some example categories are tags, athletes, sponsors, collections etc.).

  • As you type in your search, you will be prompted with the tags available listed on the page.

  • When you select a tag or combine multiple tags, it will filter the media view on your page.

  • New search button: this wipes your previous search and re-opens the search bar for you to perform a new search.

• Use Live Mode to access assets that are being sent to your platform directly from your content producers or photographers via their cameras.

• The Live Mode page is an infinity scroll of all of the content that has been sent to this space.

• The asset viewing experience is the same that is present in the media tab and inside any collection on your app.

• While viewing an asset you can perform the following operations:

  • Download: download the asset on your device’s photo app or camera roll.

  • Share arrow: send the asset to another application on your phone like social media or messaging apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, Mail, Messenger etc..

  • Delete: permanently delete the asset from the Live Mode page.

• Selection button: Use the selection button located at the top right to select multiple assets.

  • Alternatively, you can long-hold any asset to create a new selection.

  • Cancel button (only available when a selection has been made): use this to cancel the selection you have made.

• Plus (➕) button on the Live Mode Tab: the plus button opens up the uploader tool.

• The top of your screen will show the platforms you have access to. If you have access to more than one workspace, you will be able to toggle through each Admin App by clicking a new icon. If you have many icons, you can slide through them horizontally to see all of your workspace options.

• Projects tab: takes you to the projects page that lists all of your projects available.

  • Plus button: create a new project.

    • Fill out the fields and hit “create” to complete the process.

• Sessions to validate tab: takes you to the validation page where you can review assets that need admin approval before being uploaded to the platform.

• Logos: takes you to a page that hosts your brand logos (from the Media Kit section on your web platform).

• Pending requests: takes you to a page that shows any requests that have been sent to your app. You will have two tabs on this page, one called “pending” that shows those that need to be completed and a page called “past” which shows your completed requests.

• Help Centre tab: this opens the ScorePlay Help Centre in your device's preferred web browser.

• Notification toggle: toggle mobile notifications on or off using this toggle.

• Photo library access toggle: this toggle allows media to be saved to your device’s photo/media library. This toggle should always remain “on” if you wish to download or upload content from/to the App.
