The Taxonomy page is where you can manage your Tag Groups and Tags all in one place.

Tag groups allow you to group certain tags together in order to associate them to a certain group. For example, you can create a ‘Category’ Tag group where you would add ‘Match’, ‘Training’, ‘Press Conference’ as the different Categories or ‘Tags’ within that group.

• Overview: from the overview you can immediately toggle where these Tag Groups will be visible, add tags, edit the groups, and delete them.

  • Homepage: if toggled this means that this tag group will be visible on the homepage and choose the exact order and number of items you want.

  • Search: if toggled, it will make the Tag Group visible in the media library search bar.

  • Upload: if toggled, it will be one of the selections needed on upload.

  • Collection: if toggled, it will be one of the selections needed when creating an collection.

• New: use this button to create a new Tag group. Choose whether you want this Tag Group to be automatically visible on the Homepage, Library, Upload and Collection. Toggling these options for Upload will force all users to choose the Tag Group when uploading.

• Add tags: use this button to add tags to the Tag Group.

• Edit: use this button to edit where the Tag Group is visible and the Tags included within the group.

• Trash button (🗑️): use this button to delete a Tag Group.

This tab will give you an overview of all your tags, and how many assets are associated to each tag. It will also give you information on what type of tag it is.

• New: use this button to create a new tag in either single or bulk.

• Search bar: use this bar to search for tags by name.

• Select: select several tags to either delete or merge them, which will merge the tags into an existing tags or selected tags.

• View all: use this button to view all the assets associated to that tag.

• Edit: use this button to edit the name of the tag.

• Trash button (🗑️): use this button to delete the tag.
